As Director of Acquisitions for Teton Management Corporation, Mr. Consolati is responsible for the growth of Teton’s portfolio. He is actively sourcing and analyzing deals while guiding properties to a successful close. He puts an emphasis on all the relationships he forms with brokers, attorneys, bankers, and anyone involved in a transaction.

Mr. Consolati also manages the company’s commercial assets within the Teton Portfolio. With experience in MHC, apartment, retail, and commercial property management, he is able to use his knowledge to make stronger investment decisions.

Mr. Consolati is a Berkshire County native growing up and living in Lee, MA. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in finance from Providence College, he returned home and worked for NBT Bank. He joined the Teton team in 2020. He holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University. When not at work working, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
