Whaling, Owner & CEO of Teton Management.  “A simple thing like turning on the streetlights makes all the difference in the world.  Proper lighting makes for a safer environment for the families who make their homes in this community.”

Teton’s mission when acquiring new properties is always to stabilize and improve.  Adding multiple mobile home communities to the Teton portfolio over the past few months, the objective has been to be sure each park is a well-managed, clean, safe, family-friendly environment for our residents.

To that end, demolition has already been completed on several uninhabitable homes that had challenged the natural beauty of this quiet, tree-lined community.   In addition, any overgrown trees that had become dangerous were also either trimmed or removed.   These physical improvements, in combination with Teton’s professional and responsive management, have been the key to quickly turning a forgotten community into one that is attracting new residents.
