Pittsfield, MA – Teton Management Corporation (“Teton”) (www.Teton.Management) capitalized on decades of managerial experience as it seamlessly added two Mobile Home Communities (MHCs) to its rapidly growing portfolio.  A recent Teton acquisition, aptly renamed Pine Haven MHC is a verdant, tree-lined, 77-pad community located in Castleton-On-Hudson, New York.  Soon after, Teton acquired a group of three MHCs in Milton, New York and merged them to create White Pines MHC, a single, cohesive, 61-pad community.

Teton’s newest acquisitions have designated the company as an emerging heavyweight in the MHC asset class; known for making major upgrades to holdings on day one, such as the immediate infrastructure upgrades and installation of new manufactured homes, and thereafter beating even the most optimistic predictions on returns to investment.

“We pride ourselves on going the extra mile and work diligently to upgrade facilities and add park improvements that increase the value of this property [Pine Haven] and enhance its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere,” said George C. Whaling, Teton’s President and CEO.  “We’re seeing a great response from current tenants and area merchants that acknowledge our efforts and encourage us to move further into this asset class.”

Teton has been providing property management services since the summer of 2016 at the 56-pad Allendale Pines MHC in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Teton is a rapidly expanding real estate investment and property management company with a diverse portfolio of mobile home communities, multi-use, commercial, and residential buildings.  Headquartered in downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Teton focuses on creating wealth for investors by presenting carefully selected real estate investments which provide positive cash flow, tax advantage equity growth, and hassle-free management, for the benefit of both tenants and investors.
