Allendale Pines Expansion Adds 22 Affordable Homes in Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Teton Management is expanding Allendale Pines with a $1.4 million project that will add 22 new manufactured homes at a second location along Cheshire Road. Designed to address the need for attainable housing in Berkshire County, the homes will offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern layouts, and landscaped lots, with prices starting around $179,000. Residents will own their homes while paying a monthly lot fee, creating a path to homeownership at a cost often lower than renting locally. Infrastructure work is underway, with the first homes expected to arrive later this year and a growing waitlist already forming.
