Allendale Pines Plans Storage Building for Resident Use

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — As part of the Allendale Pines expansion, Teton Management is proposing a new resident-only storage building to help reduce outdoor clutter and provide added convenience for homeowners. The prefabricated structure would offer secure, remote-access storage units exclusively for community residents and be located within the expanded Allendale Pines North property along Cheshire Road. The plan also resolves a prior agreement with a neighboring property owner, allowing the space to be repurposed for this amenity while maintaining compliance with environmental and zoning requirements.
