Pittsfield, MA – Teton Management has continued to add properties to its portfolio of mobile home communities by purchasing Anchor Park MHC in Troy, NY and Pleasant View MHC in Chatham, NY. These communities, located just 29 miles apart, are two more strategic additions to Teton’s expanding MHC asset class. “Both properties are well-maintained and have excellent infrastructure, which make them perfect investments for Teton,” said George C. Whaling, Teton’s President and CEO.
“Teton has already established a strong presence at the properties to be sure an atmosphere of quiet, family- friendly living is perpetuated at these communities. Our maintenance and management personnel continually strive to build relationships with the tenants and local vendors who we bring in to make park improvements.” Anchor Park MHC, consisting of 16 pads, is located just 11 miles from Albany and Pleasant View MHC, a 13-pad property, is situated in horse farm country but close to I-90 and the Taconic Parkway.
