Teton Management Corporation has introduced 40 new homes to the Adirondack Ridge Community over the past few years. This investment is backed by a skilled team with extensive experience in the manufactured housing industry.

Teton has made significant capital expenditure (CAPEX) investments to improve the community, including removing older homes and upgrading building sites in accordance with New York State code.

In addition, the company has invested in a 35-acre solar field (3.2 MW), which began generating power in August 2023. The solar field is owned by DSD Renewables.

Onsite storage units were added in 2023, with 39 units now available to residents at discounted rates. These units are managed by White Label Storage.

Teton continues to invest in quality homes, including the addition of new Champion Homes. This includes the 6 new homes featured at the Open House.
